The dirty truth behind most health assessments is that they’re all-too-often barely even factored into the type of program you get.

With the PDTC we decided to flip that on it’s head and use this assessment as a means of creating your own fitness roadmap. Your goals, training level, equipment available, everything is going to be taken into account.
Take your time filling out this assessment as it will play a heavy part in deciding where your journey begins, which direction it trends, and—ultimately—where you wind up.
2. Watch our ‘Welcome to the app’ training video.
After you take your initial assessment, you will automatically be assigned the best training program for you. But before we get to that, we want to make sure you’re ready to get the most out of our platform from the jump.
Upon sign-up, most membership-style programs tend to leave you to figure it out on your own. And, between us, data suggests this is where many people tend to fall off. Which makes sense — you signed up for a training program, but instead you’re left with this application you don’t even know how to use.
That’s a problem.
Our ‘Welcome to the app’ training video ensures that is never a problem. Within minutes, not only will you know exactly how to navigate the Training Club, but you’ll also be set up to get the most out of it.

3. Finally, let the magic happen.
From here, now that you’re trained and all set up, it really is as simple as just following the plan. Not easy, mind you, you still need to put forth the effort required with your training. But that’s what you came here for right?
