What is the PDTC? What do I get?
We created the Training Club to bring you detailed, effective, education-based training to build muscle, lose fat, gain strength, and more. We tell you what to do, how to do it, and where to go next, all accessible on your mobile device. It’s like having your very own personal trainer in your pocket.
Upon signing up, you will be able to choose your current training goal: Building Muscle, Gaining Strength, or Fat Loss. You will also be able to decide how many days you want to train (3x, 4x, or 5x per week) and whether you will be training at home or in the gym. Based on your answers, the app will do the rest by placing the best training phase for your goal directly on your training calendar. All you have to do is click “start session” and get after it! To get your next phase, be sure you “log” the last training session of your current phase, and the next progressed phase will automatically be added to your training calendar.
How much does it cost?
$35 per month.
Do I need gym access?
It’s great to have access to a fully equipped gym, but we understand that is not always an option. Because of this, we have created 360 programs in the app with options to train 3x, 4x, or 5x per week at the gym, or at home.
If you do not have access to a specific exercise in the program, there will be a substitute, and alternative exercises suggested to keep you engaged in the programmed training session. It’s as easy as one click.
How many days per week will we be training?
In your onboarding assessment, you will have the opportunity to choose between training 3, 4, or 5x per week, whether you are training at the gym or at home.
What is our goal with the Physique Development Training Club?
We set out to create an app that brings people quality training programs for an affordable price. We wanted to create an offer that allows people who are interested in taking the decision-making process away from their training programming and putting it back on us to keep them moving forward in their goals. Not only will you be exposed to our program design, but you will also get access to our detailed exercise tutorials explaining how to properly perform each and every exercise that we include in your programs
How is this different from your 1-on-1 clients?
Our 1:1 coaching service is for people who are looking for a more hands-on, individualized approach where we handle and oversee everything from your training, nutrition, biofeedback from weekly check-ins, etc. Because of the individualized support, interaction, and time-commitment on our end 1:1 coaching is more expensive.
We understand that not everyone can afford or needs the hands-on support of our 1:1 coaching service. So the PDTC is the next best thing — supplying you with evidence-based training programs that you can trust.
Is this a mobile app?
Yes! You can download the app by searching “Physique Development Training” in the App Store or Google Play store.
Are there exercise tutorials for each exercise?
Yes! Each exercise has a tutorial video showing you how to set up, execute, and avoid the most common mistakes made.
I understand this app provides training programs, but what about nutrition?
You will gain access to our personally designed nutrition calculator. Using your data and activity levels, you can choose how aggressive you would like to be within your surplus or deficit, where you would like to set your protein — based on the most up-to-date research — alongside where your carbs and fats should be to effectively reach your goals.
